Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, scratch-less and dent-less with goodies (brochures, freebies, thank you cars, stickers etc.,) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at seedandco4@gmail.com. Please share your order ID, reason for return and your pick-up address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on return pick-up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customised Orders
We do not offer returns, exchange or refunds on custom laser engraved orders. In case you receive a damaged product, please write to us over email. Share your concern and media showing the damaged product. We will initiate an exchange or refund depending on the availability of the product.
Cash on Delivery Customised Orders
Please note, in case of non-acceptance of customised orders, the COD fee of ₹250 is non refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept damaged goods, so make sure you re-pack them properly following the instructions given by us. We will inspect the items once we receive them, only then acceptance of your return/refund/replacement will be decided.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If you did not like the colour or size of the product you have purchased - you can always exchange it for the one you like. Please email us for the same at seedandco4@gmail.com with your reason and the product you'd like to exchange it for. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and arrange a pick-up for your purchased product. After receiving and inspecting the product for condition and damages, we'll deliver the new product after settling the difference in the amount, if any.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
